Annex H — Condition Schedule at Handover
Annexed to land rights agreement. Referred to at §5A.6 item 6, BAST Pengembalian (redelivery): condition on return at Term end is measured against this annex. One Annex H is completed per Plot, at BAST Lahan (site handover, item 1 of the chain) — this page carries the form.

What "baseline" means for redelivery
The Holder returns the Plot in the condition this annex records, adjusted for: (a) fair wear from the permitted use over the Term; (b) Improvements the Holder is entitled to leave or is required to remove under the deed's own end-of-term provisions; (c) soil condition, which is expected to have improved under Annex D D3, not merely been preserved. A dispute over redelivery condition is resolved by the independent supervisor under 5A.3, comparing the current state to this annex.
