Thirty-seven hectares of land at the foot of Sanghyang volcano in Bali — the first city of cyberia, a sustainable community built from first principles, the place where technology and nature converge instead of collide. The project began in 2021 with a simple acquisition of land in one of the most pristine locations on Earth. By July 2023 the first completely offgrid home stood finished, and the real experiment started: learning how a civilization lives when it gives back more than it takes.
Everything here grows from foundations — a practical philosophy of autonomy where comfortable independent life costs less than an average car, clean energy is harnessed rather than purchased, and the stars are visible every night. The cv/districts are designed symbiotically, each one a proof that human settlement can be redesigned. The magic forest weaves five hundred species into a regenerative system where food, medicine, materials, and beauty grow from the same soil.
The project is deliberately self-funded to protect one core idea: an outstanding environment for planet-aware people to live and prosper.
