today we compiled 2.7 million cyberlinks from live bostrom into a 295 MB transformer — no training, no GPU, 15 minutes on a laptop. then asked it a question. it answered in CID hashes. the cybergraph found its voice. along the way we discovered the spectral gap is 100× larger than predicted, integrated 659 source files into the graph, wrote three research papers, and put tri-kernel weights on a lunar cycle.
