Cyberia vision: re-design of civilization
title:: cyberia vision
In an era where digital nomads like us roam the globe searching for community, sustainability, and innovation, we've poured our hearts into creating a bold new project emerging from the lush volcanic slopes of Bali.
Cyberia — is our vision for a network of "future cities" designed to harness collective intelligence through collective learning and coordination algorithms, achieve sovereignty in essential resources, and create permanent tribes for those weary of fleeting pop-up experiences. At its heart is Cyber Valley, our 37-hectare pilot site in northern Bali.
And Burn.City, our upcoming "moonly" event set to kickstart this cyber state from February 17 to March 20, 2026. Drawing on our cypherpunk roots, blockchain enablers, and a philosophy of vertical integration, we're aiming to redefine how we live, work, and thrive in the age of superintelligence. *

What Is Cyberia?
Cyberia is the superintelligent nation we've been building — a growing network of autonomous cities that prioritize energy, water, food, and data sovereignty. We've embedded a commitment to collective intelligence into its architecture, culture, and software, where decisions are guided by tokenized systems and authenticated networks.
We envision scaling it to 100 cities, housing around 50,000 people, capturing a 10% market share of the global nomad population and generating $100 billion in annual revenue in a decade.
Our flagship pilot, Cyber Valley, is a naturally stunning site we've developed on the slope of Sanghyang volcano in Bali's north. Spanning 37 hectares, it features breathtaking views of two oceans and 12 volcanoes, seven canyons, pristine forests, and productive terraced gardens.
Situated centrally on the island, it offers excellent accessibility to all parts of Bali, making it easy to explore from the southern beaches to the northern coasts and everything in between.
We acquired it as cheap remote land in a region experiencing high-speed expected price growth of ~10x in 10 years due to planned infrastructure developments like airport, seaport, railroads, and highways. Leveraging enablers of remote land development like solar power, Starlink internet, and blockchain, we are striving to make building fast and sustainable.
Construction speed is targeted at 1 month for key structures, enabling exponential building. The "live-to-earn" model blends elements of a mortgage and rent, driving exponential growth—residents can earn through participation while the city aims for full autonomy in essentials: energy, water, food, and data.
At the core of this launch is Burn.City, our "genesis" event transforming the idea of a pop-up village into a permanent one. We've positioned it as a global, ever-going alternative to Burning Man. Unlike temporary festivals that "burn to ashes," Burn.City "burns to biochar" — creating lasting infrastructure, soil, and community.
Our deep belief that biochar being the extremely low-tech process is THE ONLY efficient way to fix carbon in the atmosphere. This idea must be conveyed through the culture. Also instead of rebuilding infrastructure every time, burn.city will improve infrastructure after every event.
It starts as a month-long gathering limited to 150 people (Dunbar's number for optimal tribal cohesion), but evolves into an ongoing hub, with the final three days channeling Burning Man's spirit through a rational, solarpunk lens, culminating in Bali's Nyepi (Day of Silence) for reflection.

The Philosophy: Cyber State is Collective Intelligence
Our philosophy for Cyberia is rooted in the interplay between collective intelligence and the creation of a cyber state.
Any Cyber State eventually will acquire Collective Intelligence Any Collective Intelligence eventually will own the land, hence become Cyber State
So these two things are inevitably convergent.
The idea is underpinned by the Collective Focus Theorem, which proves that token-weighted random walks in fully authenticated graphs converge to a unique stationary distribution — essentially, a mathematical foundation for large-scale coordination and decentralized decision-making. CFT is the result of 10 years' research led by @mastercyb which is the missing building block for building truly intelligent collective systems.
To harness collective intelligence in the Cyberia future, we envision integrating advanced collective learning and coordination algorithms seamlessly across the entire ecosystem. The cyber protocol will serve as the foundation — enabling unified, provable knowledge accumulation through decentralized graphs. This directly extends what we built with Bostrom since 2021: the world's first decentralized knowledge graph on Cosmos SDK, explicitly designed as the bootloader for superintelligence.
Every piece of content receives an eternal IPFS CID; every meaningful connection becomes an immutable cyberlink on-chain. These links form a global graph ranked by token-weighted PageRank (cyberank), delivering search that is censorship-resistant, manipulation-proof by design, and truly collective — the real decentralized alternative to the centralized Internet.
Bostrom is powered by $BOOT staking, "mint and burn" mechanics of Hydrogen (H) for base learning tokens: Volt (V for indexing) & Ampere (A for ranking), on-chain GPU compute for collective learning, and CosmWasm smart contracts for dApps on top of the graph. Over four years it has survived upgrades to v7, outages, and community recoveries, continues producing blocks, and has already accumulated ~17 million bits of negentropy — measurable order imposed on the chaos of human knowledge.
Coordination algorithms, inspired by multi-agent systems and token-weighted mechanisms, will facilitate efficient, emergent resource allocation across cities and tribes. Imagine automated land management via dynamic event orchestration.
These algorithms ensure that individual actions align with group goals, using authenticated networks to prevent sybil attacks and promote convergence on optimal outcomes, much like swarm intelligence in nature but tokenized for human-scale societies.

Culture
At the heart of Cyber Valley's culture is a deliberate alignment with natural cycles — we bind our rhythms to the mooncycles, syncing tribe life, energy, and intentions to the moon's ancient pulse.
New Moon — the dark, fertile beginning: a sacred party to forge deep connections within the tribe, celebrate the start of a new cycle, set bold intentions, and plant seeds for what we want to manifest in the coming weeks. It's a time of renewal, dreaming big, and recommitting to the collective vision.
Full Moon — the peak of illumination and energy: a powerful release party with ecstatic dance, music, and shared catharsis. We channel built-up energy outward, strengthen bonds through movement and joy, and celebrate completions — letting go of what no longer serves to make space for the next wave.
This moon-aligned rhythm is the heartbeat of the tribe. It replaces artificial calendars with something primal, reliable, and unifying. Our cultural code rejects unnecessary restriction and embraces radical freedom:
No censorship — no punishment for swearing, nudity, or unconventional ways of living. Authenticity is sacred; expression is protected.
Rationality as the way to act — decisions grounded in logic, evidence, and clear thinking, not dogma or emotion alone.
Scientific thinking and math — the foundation of our worldview. We question, test, measure, and reason. Math is our universal language and ultimate truth/false detector.
Mindfulness — cultivated through meditation and daily presence. It's the tool for emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and growth — staying anchored in the now while building the future.
Respect for nature — when you take, you give back. We live as stewards of the land: protecting forests, regenerating soil, minimizing waste, and ensuring every action leaves the planet healthier than we found it.
The path to immortality - is our explicit, shared target, woven into every aspect of our lifestyle as the ultimate cultural north star.
1+1=7 — our main principle for family building. Fast-growing, genetically strong, smart civilization. *

Cypherpunk Ethos
Juan Benet recently distilled the cypherpunk methodology into six principles: build utopias and protopias, enable secure and private communications, make money to develop and fund, face legal battles when necessary, build together, and solve open problems. Cyberia implements this framework through direct action rather than manifestos.
We build on a three-layer sovereignty structure:
-
L1 (Ethereum),
-
L2 (Marshall Islands non-profit, CAP token, holding L3 shares),
-
and L3 (local companies holding land titles, e.g. PT PMA in Indonesia).
This architecture — the world's first cyberstate fund — enables instant global access to capital, regulatory compliance, and tokenized governance while maintaining sovereignty at every level. It solves the open problem of scaling across digital, legal, and jurisdictional domains simultaneously.
Economic sustainability comes through extreme vertical integration. Cyber Valley's 37 hectares demonstrate this practically: we harvested 1 tonne of coffee cherries this season. Raw value: MATH_PLACEHOLDER_010/kg. In the cup: $500/kg. Conventional systems spread this crazy 50x margin across a supply chain leaving farmers poor and starbucks rich. By controlling the entire chain from soil to cup, we capture margins that traditional models leak to intermediaries — correcting systemic inequity where growers earn the least.
Another example: remote land is cheap. MATH_PLACEHOLDER_150k each to build their dream and decide to live there - the land around will gain 50x immediately. So the problem boils down to a coordination on the crowdinvested cake.
The same principle applies across our entire stack: land acquisition, modular construction, food production, events, infrastructure. We strive to follow first principles to identify civilization-level bugs and fix them.
This model funds continued open source development. So we may be the first open source development (yep, we mean physical building) company in existence.

Soil, Biodiversity, and Growing: The Existential Foundation
At the core of Cyberia's sustainability is our deep respect for soil, biodiversity, and regenerative growing practices—these are existential pillars for any future civilization. Soil is the skin of the Earth, underpinning 95% of global food production, filtering water, storing carbon to combat climate change, and harboring immense biodiversity. Healthy soil production is vital for human civilization, as it sustains permaculture, prevents erosion, regulates the water cycle, and supports ecosystems that have enabled societies to thrive for millennia. In Burn.City, our "burn to biochar" ethos transforms waste into nutrient-rich amendments, rebuilding topsoil that's been depleted globally at alarming rates. Some of our land was agricultural farmland where the previous farmer grew carrots in a monocultural way with chemical pesticides and herbicides.
We did a soil test on our land, where the previous farmer grew carrots in a monoculture. These heavy metals appear later on your plates and as a result in your bodies. We aren't using this land for food production. We're focusing on remediation now. This is our case: in different countries the situation varies, but we bet the whole of Bali suffers from the same issue because many farmers use the same pesticides, herbicides, and fungicides.
Cyber Valley's soil is andosol — the best soil type in the world for natural and regenerative growing. Andosols are naturally fertile, with high organic matter accumulation, excellent water-holding capacity (like a sponge), efficient nutrient retention via high cation exchange, low bulk density for easy tilling, and good drainage—ideal for sustainable farming without heavy inputs. This allows us to focus on permaculture and efficient methods tailored to the Gesing region, yielding abundant harvests while enhancing soil health.
Our biodiversity is thriving: over 500 plant species, 100+ birds, 50+ mushrooms, 20+ animals, including unique ones like the barking deer. The glowing forest (Sinwood) features bioluminescent fungi across 200 points, a natural wonder that underscores our site's ecological richness.
We've planted, improved existing gardens and harvested a diverse array of crops, emphasizing perennial and healing plants: 500 kg avocados, 1 tonne coffee, 140 kg taro, and more. New discoveries include black sapote, olives, and various herbs, all grown using low-impact techniques that build soil rather than deplete it.
This growing perspective—regenerative, biodiverse, soil-centric—is key to our vision. By producing biochar and fostering natural systems, we're not just sustaining Cyberia; we're modeling how civilizations can regenerate the planet's most precious resource. *

Product. For Whom Is It?
Cyberia targets digital nomads, pop-up city enthusiasts, and cypherpunks seeking permanence — people tired of rebuilding social circles monthly, dealing with fragmented rentals, and externalizing costs for food and events.
We're building the "last pop-up" for the 50 million global nomads with MATH_PLACEHOLDER_35k+ monthly budgets who value sustainability, health, and innovation. Pricing is straightforward:
-
$2k/month for shared housing or
-
$3.5k for private accommodation
Price includes food, events, coworking, spa, gym, and kindergarten. The vibe encourages participation in off-grid living, organic food production, and collective learning, with families welcome and dedicated kids' spaces. As most of happenings are women-poor we offer 50% discount for women to foster gender balance.
We align with Burn.City's critique of pop-up cities as "fires" that inspire but fade — Cyberia functions as a "kiln" for mastery and production, favoring committed relationships over transactional ones and deep education over chaotic networking. Our objective is to create defensible, high-margin ecosystems that compound value across daily, weekly, and monthly experiences while proving that remote land can transform into thriving communities within several years.

Conclusion
Building a civilization from scratch means re-examining everything we currently have from the perspective of first principles. Unfortunately, we don't find ready-made solutions for our civilization. Most of what we have now, we develop ourselves using our passion and experience enforced by AI. We are convinced that upgrading our culture to a more rational, we can achieve longevity, immortality, and become a Type I civilization in several decades. We are looking for you. Let's build our ark together.
