D2. What the record fixes
The record fixes the commitments the page made: the form and price, renewal by right, the area revenue charge, the assignment regime, non-disturbance and the rent under the century index. Statements of current state — waves open, indicative prices, live calculator output before a number is agreed — inform and change freely. Where a statement could read either way, it reads in the Holder's favour.
