SLF — Sertifikat Laik Fungsi / Certificate of Fitness for Occupancy

The permit confirming a completed building may lawfully be occupied. Issued after construction, on inspection.

Where it appears

land rights agreement §5A.7, §7.4.2 (the Design Envelope lock runs to SLF plus 12 months), §2.5.5 (transfer fee reduction on SLF).

Why it matters

No occupation or use of any building is lawful before SLF. It is also the moment several protections in the deed switch state.
