PBG — Persetujuan Bangunan Gedung / Building Approval

The building permit, successor to IMB. Issued to the holder of the land title, not to the occupant.

land rights agreement §5.2, §5A (construction control).

Why it matters

Because it follows the title, for a foreign holder on a lease the applicant is the Landowner — which is why the deed allocates the cost to the Holder and the indemnity with it.
