- "I found someone" over "we need someone"
- "Here's an algorithm" over "someone should figure this out"
- "I'll build a prototype" over "we need a product"
- "I contacted X, here's what they said" over "we should reach out to people"*
The Sovereignty Principle
- Before raising a need, ask yourself:

"Am I proposing something within my control, or requesting something outside of it?"
- Sovereign contribution = specific person + specific action + your commitment to facilitate
- Parasitic pattern = abstract category + vague expectation + zero personal stake
