events and amplified music
- events above 70 dB(A) at the event perimeter require 48 h notice to all residents within 300 m
- amplified music outdoors: permitted 10:00 – 23:00, cutoff at 23:00 regardless of event duration
- subwoofer frequencies below 80 Hz: level-limited so that bass is not audible inside neighboring residential structures
- maximum two amplified events per week per venue in shared areas
machinery and tools
- power tools: laba workshop zone only during 08:00 – 18:00
- generators: see air policy — engine noise constraint is 60 dB(A) at 7 m
- chainsaws and grinders: 09:00 – 17:00 only, minimum 50 m from residential structures
ecology
bird and wildlife communication occurs primarily in the 2–8 kHz range. chronic noise above 55 dB(A) in forest and garden zones degrades nesting success and foraging behavior.
