8,000 / 200 / 3 ≈ $13 per person per night — cheaper than the low end of hotel per-pax rates, on multiples of the floor area.
outside the package: electricity above 30 kW — $800 per extra 30 kW block, only after technical review; extension beyond 5 days — $500/day; over 200 people — +$20 per extra head, because load on toilets and ground rises non-linearly.
4. mandatory contract terms
- two-sided handover act before load-in and after strike, with photo documentation.
- liability insurance — on the organizer.
- sound curfew, agreed with the banjar in writing.
- headcount is fixed by number; overage is billed.
- trash removal is the organizer's responsibility, or it is held from the deposit.
- technical audit of the connection for requests above 30 kW — before signing.
- 50% prepayment on date booking, balance and deposit — 14 days before arrival.
