Annex B — Plot Boundary
Annexed to hak sewa template. One Annex B per Plot, completed at signing and initialled on every page. The Plot is demised per aversionem within the boundaries below, under Part 6 of the template: the boundaries define the Plot, and a later survey by anyone changes neither price nor Term.

Plot numbers are fixed on the estate map at cyberia.my/map: the sinwood certificate is cut into plots sinwood-0 to sinwood-39, numbered from the lowest plot upward, and each number stays with its plot.

Inside the certificate every neighbour is another sinwood plot or the estate commons; the certificate's outer neighbours are recorded in the gambar situasi of HGB 00048/Gesing.
The Plot is reached from the public road by the estate road, which crosses two titles of the Landowner:

The Landowner grants the Holder, its household, guests and contractors a right of way over the estate road for the Term, and certified copies of both certificates are delivered with Annex C (Due Diligence Pack).
