passes:
- daypass — 07:00–22:00, single calendar day.
- nightpass — one overnight, 24h rolling from check-in.
- visas — extended-stay passes for nomads: week, month, year.
vehicles left on the estate after 22:00 on a daypass are upgraded to a nightpass.
