Root read the complete verdict and independently replayed the frozen CODE packet.
Exact raw review, invocation, completion and matched launcher are retained here;
root PLAN/CODE replays retain their original timestamps and input epochs.
No reviewed executable changes follow this verdict. Advice disposition:
- Metadata identity checks: the measured structural normalizer validates exact revision-bearing IDs and admitted checkout prefixes. The portable verifier checks retained mappings for consistency, not independently all those admission predicates. Additional verifier hardening is deferred; source/tree equality and the actual checked normalizer remain the current evidence.
- Undeclared archived manifests: final inventory and complete staged-layout checks cover the current seven entries. Generalizing the helper's list validation is deferred; no current eighth archive or omitted input was found.
- Signals: a null child exit code does not satisfy
finish's integer parameter; it fails safe, leaves staging and may omit the notice. This is a source-derived limitation, not an executed Nu signal test. Defaulting that diagnostic path is deferred; the measured ordinary status-77 path remains exact. - Buffering: README now states that
completebuffers stdout/stderr, delays slice progress output and prints streams in sequence without original interleaving. - Relative dependency: README now requires the new helper directory to remain in place because the three historical wrappers import it. Do not relocate/remove the new capsule independently from those entry points.
- Witness versus final tree: zero Cargo warnings attach to temporary committed
e22c5b472a0979ad382d241b9706de5b82fed9a9. That tree predates the outer verifier, paired/control copies, bundle and final indices/review sidecars. Their later additions are evidence/report files; all 14 packaging files match the witness. The final exact path inventory and audit-basename guard are replayed locally. Root's fresh HTTPS consumer on the actual merge is a separate pending check; no final-merge warning result is inferred from the temporary witness. - Control epochs: staging-v2 predates the temporary commit by roughly 33 seconds. The final wrapper bytes stayed unchanged through that interval and match the committed witness. No new per-control SHA field was retroactively inserted into raw receipts; that transfer remains explicitly an inference from the freeze.
- Warning scope: zero warnings applies only to the four recorded candidate consumer commands. Broader workspace, rung and last-tag gates were not rerun.
- General manifest escape guard: still deferred. A rule covering all source manifests and intended sibling paths needs its own explicit policy; this unit enforces the approved audit Cargo.toml basename boundary only.
The first unresolved required historical owner-Clippy diagnostic remains
error: using `clone` on type `Hash` which implements the `Copy` trait at
cyber-bao/src/io/mixed.rs:115:32, in the exact b933-era proof receipts. It is
quoted in the proposed wip commit; this packaging unit does not relabel that
historical failure as a fresh run. No production Rust, normal manifests/locks,
API, version, specification, release, tag or publication change is made.
