Root independently reconstructed the packet and replayed all source epochs,
gate streams and materialized API baselines. Production and tests remain frozen
at 53f29b5b1cf4d609ecb98c7b482198f87160fb56fdb229466bff8f33568a90eb.
The pending-review wording in the retained execution handoff describes its freeze.
The cursor's width admission applies to this API; unchecked legacy helpers retain
their recorded limitations. An empty half-open 0..0 group interval is empty.
Neither observation requires another API or source change. Multi-range unions
are outside this one-range cursor's contract. The supplemental lint allowances
do not change the strict gate's red result.
The reviewer describes broad failures as identical. That is too strong for the whole matrix: source-equivalent parent pairs retain differences in diagnostic order and scheduling, including three extra candidate libtest diagnostics. The execution handoff and raw outputs carry those distinctions. Runtime passes at the pre-format epoch bridge to final source through only two test import changes; six final owning suites passed afterward. No full-matrix rerun is claimed.
The additive cursor passes current-parent API checks; the predecessor's last-tag
no-default major floor remains. Required repository gates are still red, and no
rung, product or release acceptance is established. The source commit therefore
uses wip: and a decision PR under the owner's standing review/fix/merge
instruction. No version, tag or release action is part of this unit.
