Fresh Opus CODE APPROVE, no blockers, completed 2026-10-13T01:02:21.826469Z. Raw SHA256 506c0c953c71d74d0abfa173efa437952abf1a59d958a5eb2a1a3624df2a55d2. Reviewed input SHA256 48567e078407c1a5b554143fb712ac548132f5c7037d34a7dfbfb0361c2ff600, 434422 bytes. Root read the full verdict and independently replayed the exact CODE packet and 601-file pre-verdict capsule. Those raw sidecars, their original README, verifier and manifest are retained here. The reviewer ran no tools and explicitly excluded indexed omitted bodies. Approval concerns the supplied source and scope; broad red gates remain a decision, not release acceptance or row-4 completion.

No production or test byte changed after CODE review. The frozen task execution, CODE/PLAN contexts, selected summaries and raw gates remain unchanged. This final disposition qualifies observations rather than rewriting the reviewed record.

1. Clippy attribution: the final candidate emits 14 diagnostics; the final exact parent emits 11. The first 11 message/location/lint tuples match exactly. The three extra candidate library-test diagnostics are clone_on_copy at cyber-bao/src/io/pre_order.rs:353 and while_let_loop at io/fsm.rs:268 and :307. All five files owning the 14 diagnostics are byte-identical to b933. This is source attribution of the extra three, not evidence that they appeared in the final parent command. The parent's library-test comparison remains incomplete. No all-feature lint-green claim or lint-allow rerun is made. Final no-default all-target Clippy is green; all-feature required Clippy remains red.
2. Formatting: scoped lib output is 468 candidate / 465 parent bytes. Workspace output is 140749 / 139864 bytes over 295 hunks. Both entire stdout bodies become byte-identical after replacing only the exact absolute repository roots and mapping candidate lib.rs hunk22 to parent21 for the added module declaration. The three-byte path difference accounts for 3 and 885 bytes respectively; line22/21 each has two digits. Stderr is already byte-identical. No new-file hunk exists; the scoped configured check over all six new files passes. analysis.json contains exact raw/normalized hashes and unchanged source hashes.
3. Decline optional checked_sub/debug_assert refinements. Nonempty traversal and expected-hash frontiers move together; the empty-file synthetic expectation is separately seeded/consumed. Their private bounded invariant covers pop/index admission. Failure becomes terminal before any later pop. Preserve reviewed code.
4. Decline optional inline five/seven-root assertions. Their independent explicit tree expressions and literal outputs remain in the frozen fixture receipt (acf73af9... and 8bad63da...). No new test or kernel claim is introduced.
5. Keep the explicit seal boundary. Public ProofItem values carry no independent authority; a future Kadek adapter consumes items from its own admitted view and BaoAnchor association. Its separate proposed plan owns that boundary. Adding non_exhaustive would not seal caller-constructed existing leaf variants.
6. Retain source epochs honestly. The module-order bridge changes no cfg/API/body; the last bridge adds only the eighteenth test. Earlier no_std/MSRV/owner rows keep their original identities, with final focused checks recorded separately. No broad or cosmetic repeat is needed and none is claimed.
7. Decline the cosmetic OUTPUT_BYTES import: the existing crate-level const assertion guards the hardcoded output width. No production change is justified.

Required commands, red results, cached inventory and platform limitations retain their original scope. No release, dependency/version bump, hosted CI success, whole soft3/Cyb closure or first-partial authentication is asserted. Root owns ordinary source commit/PR/merge and any decision on the inherited red gates.
