CODE review disposition
Fresh Grok4.7 CODE review completed on2026-10-11 at17:56:11Z, exit0: APPROVE, blockers none. Invocation, exact input hash, launcher and unedited raw output are adjacent sidecars. The raw CLI stream contains an incomplete opening response followed by the complete approval; neither part was removed. The final response approves the five-source freeze751d7471 against Radio bc8b6331 and Hemera d5f0a095. The 64-section516871-byte input is reconstructed by verify.nu.
Accepted advice: the vendor read full changed sources, relevant callers/contracts and failure-first witness output; later gate and parent comparisons were summaries. It did not read all392 raw streams. Root separately reconstructed the CODE bundle, checked the portable capsule, reproduced three committed archives, compared seven exported source pairs, and bound21 paired receipt identities to raw logs. The attached root replays establish byte/command identities, not rerun test results.
status/has now expose the same synthetic empty availability as existing reads,
including after force-delete. This public behavior change is intentionally narrow;
type-level semver success alone does not validate it. The17 independent tests and
before/after witness do. MemStore pre-add consistency, bounded proof processing and
authenticated particle/root/length binding remain separate foundation work.
Required broad gates remain red as recorded in README and the capsule. In
particular, both native baselines differ in runtime outcomes, and the narrowed
Willow counterpart fails with a different diagnostic; no common cause or blanket
regression-free result is claimed. Source uses wip: and PR label decision, with
first owning lint error quoted. The owner's existing instruction to review, fix
and merge authorizes this ordinary source repair; no version, pin, release or tag
is changed. No hosted CI, fleet, kelvin or complete phase pass is claimed.
Only this disposition, audit status/checksums, replay/verdict sidecars and the task completion note were added after CODE input freeze. Production and test bytes are unchanged. The immutable receipt capsule still records CODE pending at its earlier snapshot; this outer verdict resolves that status without rewriting that evidence.
