Hemera no_std feature PLAN evidence
This is a proposed two-line nox manifest repair, with no production change at
freeze. Parent: 0b1407a4b855e4961ede07e1b7ea199cb8018c30. The
research and
PLAN distinguish source correction
from owner-only registry delivery. Fresh Opus PLAN was pending at capsule freeze;
this audit does not imply implementation or approval.
The 130675-byte readable review input has SHA-256
3b17ac27ecf44c2e211f1e87a14f0f914825b53aabac6f488862f9cc701e9ea4.
Its 50 sections bind the complete current/proposed manifest, critical source and
canonical contracts, actual H264 controls and decisive raw results. Full omitted
support is indexed; it is not claimed read by the vendor. Parent and normalized
package thumb both fail on Hemera/std. Command 13 reports 161 parent library
tests passed; locked command 16 reports four real H264 controls passed. This is
neither full Kadek conformance nor delivery to Kadek's locked registry dependency.
The capsule preserves four exact source archives (536 Git entries), the local parent package, published nox archive, 18 command records and 36 full raw streams, crate checksum inventory, rejected source-normalization topology, source extraction scripts, initial cache-resolution failures and initial packet-encoding failure. Exact Git input files and published/current nox source correspondences are checked. Dependency cache bodies are not republished wholesale; archive checksums and every observed extracted file hash retain the reproducible source requirements.
The permanent verifier requires Nu, tar, gzip, mktemp and read-only Git blob hashing. Historical Ruby helpers remain provenance only. It verifies saved bytes, source epochs, exact review reconstruction, package/source identity and observed outcomes; it does not rerun Cargo or turn pending review into approval. The root's independent Git-aware replay result is retained inside the capsule. Broader consumer and release obligations, Kadek alloc/math work and publication remain open.
