universal chair zone

four convertible medical-grade recliners with rolling service carts. one footprint. five services.

services per chair

barber — haircut and grooming. the recliner adjusts to seated position, the cart carries tools and supplies.

IV drip — hydration, vitamin, or recovery protocols. the recliner reclines to the correct angle, the cart carries the IV stand and supplies. administered by a licensed practitioner.

manicure — the recliner holds the hand in position, the cart carries the nail station.

facial — the recliner reclines fully, the cart carries skincare tools and products.

red light therapy — the recliner holds the body in optimal position, the cart carries the panel.

the design principle

a dedicated room for each service type requires five rooms. the universal chair zone serves all five from four recliners in the footprint of a single treatment area. the constraint is scheduling, not space.

scheduling and capacity

each chair runs appointments on the hour. at full utilization, four chairs generate the revenue equivalent of a four-room spa across five service categories. the universal format makes utilization optimization tractable: a chair booked for IV at 10:00 becomes a barber chair at 11:00 — the same physical asset.

relationship to membership

chair zone access is available to all tiers from stage-3 onward, per appointment. the resident membership tier includes a monthly allocation of chair sessions in the flat fee.
