membership

the relationship layer that converts visits into a compounding trust account. one membership, one space, every stage.

what membership replaces

a member's Ubud week typically distributes across: a café for work, a restaurant for dinner, a spa for recovery, a coworking space, a laundry service, a pharmacy, a kids program. each relationship is thin, transactional, replaceable. oxytocin collapses this scatter into one operator who knows the member's habits, preferences, and needs. switching costs accumulate as the relationship deepens.

tier structure

thermal — access to the thermal-circuit (sauna, hammam, cold plunge), drinks counter. the entry tier. active from stage-1.

nourishment — thermal access plus the coffee bar and deli. daily visit rhythm begins. active from stage-2.

full — thermal, F&B (restaurant, bar), universal-chair-zone bookings, market. the complete lifestyle tier. active from stage-3.

resident — full access plus coworking floor, kids zone, and services-layer (laundry, concierge, telemedicine, mailbox). the membership that organizes a week. active from stage-4.

pricing logic

membership pricing sits above the sum of casual per-visit rates and below the sum of scattered alternatives. the value is the integration: one place, one bill, one relationship. per-visit rates remain available — membership converts guests who return more than twice a week.

compounding

each stage adds surface area to the membership value. a thermal member in stage-1 becomes a nourishment member when the coffee bar opens — the upgrade requires no new decision, only a billing change. the relationship already exists.
