one thing, done well: the sum of what a neuron holds, measured in cx by default and in any token you choose.
sigma is a registry of tokens, fungible and not, and three measurements of every token on a neuron: price, balance, supply. each token carries one method per measurement, chosen by the owner. turnover is optional. price may follow any rule the owner likes: a market, an oracle, a formula over the graph, a number typed by hand. from the three measurements sigma derives the whole economy of a neuron and the value of any token in any other.
the contract is specs/sigma.md. sigma is an organ of cy, the agent; the world that shows it in cyb is a projection of this registry, and the terminal shows the same sum.
