the log world is authored in rune (cells/log.rune): census (signals, axons, stake) and a table of every cyberlink — step, from, to, token, stake, valence. world-to-world attention hops seed the graph and stay off this tape. a block is the network's tick; an epoch is a pack of blocks. the commander still runs underneath.
